1. What is your return policy?

We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Final sale items (like beauty, swimwear, intimates, and jewelry) are not returnable.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. You can return the item and place a new order for the one you want.


4. How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after your order is processed. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.


5. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.


6. Are your items new or secondhand?

We offer both new boutique clothing and preloved (gently used) fashion. Each product listing will specify the item’s condition.

We work with trusted suppliers like Trendsi and other curated vendors to bring you quality boutique and resale pieces.

We provide a size guide with most items. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for more specific measurements.


9. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 1 hour of placing them. After that, we begin processing to ship quickly.
